3" of rainfall from 12/1 to 12/2. Already there is evidence of Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) |

3" rainfall from 12/17 noon to 12/18, 9 a.m. The contractor at Leona Quarry released stormwater from the detention pond, causing massive flooding downstream. The creek had at one point risen as high up as the spewing manhole. The concrete culvert (to the left of the picture) that conveys the creek under Seminary and then to Mills College, is totally submerged. |

Almost 1" of rain on 12/22, the previous day. No sign of cleanup or effort to contain the overflow. The manhole lid is still dislodged. |
|||||||||
The downslope side of the manhole is partly exposed as a result of the overflow from previous days. Sewer sludge and debris remain. |
|||||||||
The concrete culvert leading to Mills College is now visible but remains partially blocked from storm debris. More rain is in the forecast. |
