Subject: Creek Permit for Ridgemont Basin

Leslie,

Perhaps you have been out of town but since I hadn't heard back from you.  I'll risk being a pest and repeat my question from my email on 7/27/05:

I noticed that construction work in the Ridgemont Basin that was previously stopped to determine if a Creek Protection Permit would be needed has resumed.

It is my understanding that the City determined that a Creek Protection Permit was needed for that work.

Was a permit obtained by the contractors and what are the restrictions and guidelines for that permit?  And was Fish and Game contacted in relation to this work?
