City staff had a meeting with the members of Natural Heritage Institute staff and Millsmount Home Owners Association on April 12, 2005. The purpose of the meeting was to answer questions and address concerns contained in your February 1, 2005 and March 4, 2005 letters. Subsequent to the meeting, staff received another letter from Natural Heritage Institute dated April 15, 2005 requesting the City to defer action on the final map. This is to acknowledge receipt of the April 15, 2005 letter. We will get back to you on or before May 6, 2005 to further address the concerns raised during the April 12, 2005 meeting , and in your letters.
