Subject: Leona violations continue 11/12/04

Jun
Chimes Creek is still full of silt today as well as some foamy substance.
This not normal for this long after a rain.
This morning I observed what appeared to be a large amount of dirty water entering the storm drain near the entrance gate of the Leona Quarry site.

At the risk of being repetitive, "All water coming off the site must be clean".

Is it possible that the foamy substance is the flocculant that they are now adding to the water?

Could you also give me the number of events so far that you have determined to be violations.
