 Chimes Creek is completely filled with silt again today. There has been no rain. I understand that you have determined that this discharge is coming from the detention pond.

 This would appear to be another violation by the developers of the conditions of approval with the City.

 Please let me know whether or not the City decides to enforce the fine associated with this type of violation.
