Jun,
 I understand that you investigated my earlier complaint today around 11:00am or so. I wanted to report that it is now 4:00pm and the water is much worse (extremely turbid).

 Could you provide me with a report of what is causing this?

 Could you also provide me with the following information about the second detention pond that you and I saw during your inspection (I would send a picture of it but my emails with jpg attachments seem to get bounced back from the City).

 When was this detention pond created?
 Was it part of the SWPP?
