 The sun is shining, the sky is blue and Chimes Creek is still completely full of silt.

 So much for the detention basin trapping all the silt as the developers assured us.

 I think its time for the City to serious reevaluate the plans for this project.

 There is more rain in the forecast.

 I am attaching my email from yesterday below because it seems to get bounced back from all City staff if there are images attached. If any of you didnt receive the images, they show water in the detention pond that match Chimes Creek's new color, the upper portion of Chimes Creek shooting off the hillside and running above ground across the construction site (this is the creek that doesn't exist), baker tanks overflowing, dirty water flowing directly into city stormdrains etc etc...
